gathered,
collected, restored then
shattered until
numb to
last shards of life’s
bloody blue
splatter
tears in shower
splashing all
moods
of
weather,
love, bind my sleeve
worn heart in
leather,
so i may stand up
to next storm
and not
just
wake in
cold water.
