i floated over creaky
bridge
like we had in swells
of summer,
where fireflies
with star
shaped
eyes
lead us safely
to its greener side.
idealism
rest me in late’s
starbed
so that i may watch
the comets
encircling your
now weary
head..
and do feel
free
to lay
with me.
i offered you
flowers
on the tip of
a vow,
then lay them at
your feet
in the hopes
they’d take root.
hands in the garden
