truth
from
treacheries?
..refuse to
stay
buried within
chest
caves under
regret.
regret
made
an excuse
of our precious time
together,
and now i’d offer
my last drop
of truth
to waste it
all again.
dashboard secrets
too flush to
chest
and fresh air won’t
find me
where the dust
rests,
finger smudges on glove
compartments
scrubbed away with
regret.
